Remarks
The admission process is good overall. One thing which I think can be improved is the availability of all the necessary equities in a single place rather than moving from one department to another for submission of forms.
Course Curriculum Overview
Two Sessional tests are conducted after completion of 2 units in each subject which hardly takes 3 weeks and could be passed easily if you are regular with classes. A pre University test is conducted 2 weeks before final exams covering the complete syllabus of the semester. Each semester follows the same pattern.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are mostly scored off-campus by students. There are very few internships available on-campus which are generally offered by the aiect,aktu or defence organisations and are given to academically proclaimed students generally.
Placement Experience
The placement percentage here is above average. Maximum students get placed in mass recruiters such as TCS, Infosys, etc. However based on your skills you can get placed in product-based like Amazon, Adobe, etc. The highest package offered this year was 1.25 cr by Amazon.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides complete course fee details prior to admission, however, they have the right to make changes in the fee structure without any prior notice. Since it's an aktu affiliated college, multiple government scholarships are provided to students, especially for girls.
Campus Life
The college does not conduct any annual cultural fest, however, multiple small cultural events are conducted by societies prevailing in the college. Sports fest is conducted in mid-September. There is no such lack of amenities on the campus, one shortcoming I see is that there are no AC classrooms which hinder studies in summer semesters.
