IIIT Bhopal Deep and Detailed Review

Eligibility of the course is you should have at least 75% in your 12th but this criterion is removed due to covid pandemic because you have to give JEE Mains Examination to take admission in this college and the CRL rank you need till the spot round to take admission in this college is around 50000. Yes, the people who belong to SC, ST, or another quota will receive reservation benefits as it is a Central Funded, State Funded, and private partnership(RGPV, Bhopal) college in P:P:P mode as 50:35:15 funding in percentage. The admission process is very smooth in this College just do JoSAA Counselling Or CSAB Counselling if seats remain vacant and then take a letter of the allotted seat and College, pay the fees and take admission you have to pay Full-year fees at a time you can't pay one semester fees.

I chose this course because I want to do something in the IT sector. After all, the IT sector is growing very rapidly and the need is increasing day by day I was looking for computer science but I didn't get that because of my Rank and Category. Faculties are good in terms of support and way of teaching. Also, the Students Ratio is not so good it's 200:20. All teachers are P.h.D holders and more and their teaching method is also superb. The Term exams are at intervals of 1.5 months so it's not so difficult to pass if you are a little bit serious about your exams.

Many companies and colleges have given an internship in our college like, TCS, IIT Patna, NIT Bhopal, DRDO and many other famous Organisations came for interns here and also recently Microsoft provided internship to a student. Projects are many like any specialization you are working on or Any development you are doing then make an idea into reality by your skills then a company will hire you with a good stipend.

Students become eligible for campus placements after 3rd year. Many good companies visited our company like Microsoft, Qualcomm, Sagezza, Tension, Airtel and about 150+ companies visited our campus. No. Of offers are around 250+ in our college. The average package in our college overall is 14 lakhs, Branch wise, For CSE-15 lakhs, For IT- 16.5 lakhs, For ECE -12 lakhs. And the highest package is 58 LPA which a student got placement in Atlassian named company. About 82-85% of students get placed in our college on campus and others from outside placements.

As we are studying in the 2021-2025 batch we have a 25% concession in our tuition fees and recent batches got a 50% concession in their fees. if the fees will increase its about 180000 tuition fees and other fees so it will go around 2 lakhs/year excluding mess and living expenses. You can say the cost to study is about 11 lakhs with 25% concession or 15 lakh without concession for the next batches. I got a private NGO scholarship Foundation for excellence. Where I am getting a 40k scholarship per year. While other central and state government scholarships are also accepted and eligible in our college.

There are many Coding Clubs in our college Like CODAME, Kratigence for machine learning and Artificial intelligence, GDSC, and E-cell will be also there in the future. Amenities in the classroom is like there are not proper fans in the classroom if you are sitting in last most row or last Bench Or frequently by the Gap of one bench you will die of hotness and sweating regularly whole day????????. The availability of books and Journals is Excellent in the library but if you are in it you have to pay for it approx 3k. Sports are good at our college as we have allowed MANIT Sports complex where we can go and play and Practice sports but don't go alone go with your friends.

The facilities provided are very bad as we will get RGPV hostel and you have to live in a room where one person can't live and they provide one room for two people's also Hostel fees is very high but facilities is like hell, you have to live many days without water and electricity. Meal quality and MENU is worst me and you will not get food like home i.e, you can't eat that food if you eat you will get many stomach and health problems. The registration process is smooth and you will easily get hostel affordability is not good it's very expensive with very few facilities.
