Remarks
This college is Gujarat's second number government engineering college that's why your acpc rank should be less than 1500 to get admission in computer engineering. You have to fill up the form of acpc admission portal and after that, they will release the merit list and you have to pay the application fees and all on that portal. If you are from sc, st, or obc , you will definitely get the benefits of reservation seats. I don't think that there will any improvement is required for the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I like to work with computers and I want to become a software engineer that's why I chose this course. hand down when it comes to the faculty of our college they are really very supportive in every aspect of college life and very helpful when it comes to our future. there were two exams during the semester by college one is midsem and one is viva and one exam organize by gtu which end sem exam. All exams are very easy to pass but you have to start studying at least 10 or 15 days before the exam.
Placement Experience
Students have to start planning for placements from the 5th sem and till then have to learn many things like dsa, oop, etc for crack placements. Many companies like, TCS, INFOSYS, TAVASOFT, MARUTISOFT, VIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, etc. The highest package offered is 12LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA. 60 to 70% of students get placed every year. I want to do a job in TCS or AMAZON, MICROSOFT, or GOOGLE.
Fees and Financial Aid
In all government engineering, the college of Gujarat's maximum fee is 6000 per year and all fees are included like term fees, exam fees, and all. you will get scholarships like mysy, digital Gujarat, food bill, and many other scholarships. Starting in the 5th or 6th sem the placement companies are starting to come to college. The average package is about 3.5LPA and the highest package is 12LPA.
Campus Life
Maybe there is no annual fest or tech fest organized by the college but other colleges or universities organized national or state levels tech fests in which you can participate. The library is in very good condition and lots of books are available. there are nott many extracurricular activities by the college but many seniors run clubs like drama club, photography club, etc.
