I wrote Karnataka Common entrance test and scored 19197th rank. I wanted a join SJCE(Irrespective of any course) because of the campus and placements which college have.

I opted industrial and production engineering which is sub branch of mechanical engineering. Here we can learn management subjects, Mechanical subjects and Production related subjects. Its like a combination of two or more engineering concepts. And also there is a lot of opportunities from so many industries, automotive companies and so many.

No, They dont provide any type of internship for the students. But there is a evening college facility for students who will work in the morning.

SJCE is one best of the best college in karnataka for placements. And also so many companies will come to recruit the students. The top companies are Intui, linkedin, Mercedez Benz, Toyota, UTC Aerospace and so on. The college offers 100% placement for Computer science department.

We will celebrate so many events one of the famous cultural event is 'JAYCIANA' is is one of the best south indian college fest. So many national and international celebrities will perform in this event. Along with this so many management and technical events will be organized such CSI, LINUX, SHABD.

The fee structure is too less because it is one of the government aided college. The fees will always below 25000 only. Compared to any other other colleges in mysore, Our college is bit feasible.The fee stucture for our branch is (govt aided branch) 15000 tution fee + 8000 to 12000 college fess.

We will get scholarship for Toppers like MHRD scholarship. And Karnataka government will provide us Epass scholarship to motivate the students who is below poverty level.
