My college experience

there is no good remarks to be said even after spent four years of my lifetime.i felt like i was in a jail and i was locked up.the management decision are so shitty that they wont care for pratical knowledge. they want to increase their gpa and they will tell us to attend the special classes and they will tell us only to study and they will restrict all the other activities.

i did not took any entrance exam for joining the college.i got into the college through anna university college in which they will consider the cut off marks with 12th marks in maths physics and chemistry.

the course structure focused on all the computer related subjects.the first year out of all the four years will be common for all the courses and the core courses will start from the second year of the curriculum. there is more number of theoretical papers than practical papers which is a downside if you ask me..

my college used to provide mahatma ghandhi scholarship which is a first year fees waiver for the topper in each department based on their cutt-off marks in 12th standard.and ohter than that they used provide scholarship for the students who are the first graduate of their family.

placement is pretty bad .they used say that many company will come and you'll see oone or two companies .you have to see off campus for the placements.even though one or two companies recurit number of students .they wont give the call leter or they will keep us in the bench.

there will be only one event in an year that too is for paper presentation nad there is no cultural event conducted since because the students will get distracted from studies they dont usually conduct any fucntion annually.and they wont allow any cycle test failure to participate in any events outside also.

fees is feasible amount for those who are joining through quota system through anna university and there is seat system based on management quota also which is expensive compared to quota system.if you are through management quota you have to bear a big amount of money

there is no loan facility which you can claim from our college . no one has availed such offer from our college..my collage wont entertain any forms of loans in the college names even for poor students also they wont care for them they need to pay the fees on time.

the college campus sucks there are not any extracurricular activities which are allowed inside the campus .there wont be any competition in this college and if you want to participate in another college fest also you need to get number of permission from the college authorities and you'll be vexed to fulfill all the forms.

hostel food and facilities both actually suck litrealy. they used to put food as if we were poor people .the quality and standard actually very poor and the facilities in the hostel are so worse that event though you complain about that to our warden he wont take enough measure.

no senior has been helpful and they are still searching for the job and their contact did not improve our life. in our college there wont be any senior interaction as much as ther in any other college in-order to avoid ragging .this is what the reason coll officials used to tell and dont allow to talk with any senior.

the exam structure will be like they will keep monthly cycle test to analyse the internal marks . if you fail in they will keep the internal exam again and again naming re-cycle test.within that recycle test getting used to get over they will start the next cycle test.and there will be one model exam before the semmesterafter four cycle test.

i went to anna university councilling and they gave me a form to fill and after i filled that they gave the timing when and where my councilling will be held and i am allowed to be accompanied by any one of my parent to councilling hall.and then i went with my father and selected this college

faculty are basically poor since because maximum number of professor are from the same college where they studied theirb.e will join the college because they dont get a proper job outside hence during that time they will be working over here for some years .hence there are very few good proffesors.
