Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen electronics and communication engineering as the course. We have two options: software or core. Many of the faculty are from IITs and NITs, with only a few from industry. The faculty are in the ratio of 1:15 and for every 30 students there will be a counselor who takes more care of the students. The timings of exams will be given at the start of the academic year itself.
Internships Opportunities
Some companies, like TCS, offer internships. They also offer an internship for the first six months to those who have been selected in core companies such as KPI, Veda, IIT, and others. companies like De Verso, etc., also provide internships for students without a stipend.
Placement Experience
The placements at Vignan University begin in the third year and continue through the second semester. campus selections start at the same time. TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys, and KPIT are among the companies that provide services. The highest package is around 800,000 per annum and the average package is around 450,000. The average percentage of placements is around 80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are like around 2000 for a year, and if the student is meritorious, there will be a concession for the student, like 50 percent, depending on the merit score. There will be a scholarship for students, and Vignam University will give them time to pay their fees before the semester ends. People are from the agricultural family, so they cannot pay the full fees in a single payment.
Campus Life
There will be numerous festivals on campus at Vignam University. We have a department fest called VOICE, which I attended because I was from the department of electronics and communication engineering. The clubs are run by the students in their final year with the help of faculties. We have a very large library where we can find any book in the library. We can find a lot of journals in the library.
