Remarks
To apply to any one of the colleges for an LL.B/BA.LL.B one has to give the MH CET, which is the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. It is a four-subject MCQ test. It is one of the best colleges in Pune and does not disappoint. The MH CET cell conducted the admission rounds, and ours had a little management quota. In the first two rounds, you are asked to go to certain colleges and apply for betterment if you are not satisfied with the option allowed. The third round is the risky round where you apply to the maximum number of institutions to maximize your chance of admission. There shall be merit lists of all colleges on a separate basis, you identify your chances and apply as you like. I got some of the last few seats left at the college after finalising admission at another college, which led to the cancellation of admission at the other mentioned college. The admission procedure, teaching and non-teaching staff were helpful and polite and made the entire process smooth.
Course Curriculum Overview
Each semester has a different set of excellent teachers. The student-to-teacher ratio for the past year was around 70:1. The teachers are highly qualified and helpful. Most of them are practising lawyers, while others are full-time academic teachers who are ready to help you with a spectrum of things. The terms ended on the exact dates mentioned by SPPU.
Internships Opportunities
Much like the dozens of seminars that are held on a regular basis to increase our spectrum of knowledge, the teachers help with internship opportunities, but being in our first year, they haven't asked us to apply as of now.
Fees and Financial Aid
People with a certain income, and a certificate certifying the same can apply for a scholarship. The fee structure was a one-time payment of fees during admission. One can request a part payment which is granted at the option of the college.
Campus Life
There exists an art circle at the college which is run by the students, they participate in a variety of competitions, hold fests, and encourage others to participate in various things. Colleges are held a lot of competitions like Purushottam Karandak, and other private fests.
