Is it good to get admission in RVR JC Engineering College?

It is all through eamcet exam. Students can find the application form on the online website of the government. Students with reservations get an advantage by it since even though they get fewer marks they can choose a better college. For the application, we have to pay less than five hundred.

I selected the information technology branch just because I'm always enthusiastic to work with computers and their peripherals. The faculty in our college is better than many other colleges since all are qualified. But the disadvantage is that some faculty members don't come to classes regularly and some don't teach up to the mark. We have semester exams twice a year and 4 times mid-exams are conducted. It's not difficult to get a pass mark in exams because even attendance gives us internal marks. This is one of the good things about college.

From the second semester of the third year, every student gets placement offer from various companies. Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, and Cognizant are the top companies that offer good placements here. 90% of students get placed every year so this is one of the pros but getting less package is one of the cons every year. The highest package goes up to 20 lakhs per annum while the average package is 3.6 lakhs per annum. The roles offered are software engineer, project manager, and web developer.

The fee structure is what I have to appreciate because it's just 40,000 rupees every year and it's less than many other private colleges indeed. Now, the government came up with Jagananna Schemes so we don't need to mind college tuition fees because it's affordable through fee reimbursement. Twenty thousand rupees are given for staying in the college attached hostel and this is called the Jagananna Vasathi Deevena scheme. Stipends are given to us because some companies give that offer. But the con is that we don't get many internships in reality.

Tech fests are conducted every year and this depends purely on respective branches. in our branch, some projects are done in this tech fest related to core subjects of software. Fans and two lights with the projector are available in class. The sports ground is available to play daily but sports are not much encouraged this is one of the cons. There are fewer social clubs but these aren't effective and this is one of the cons.
