College management is pretty good. Everyone is ready to help. The environement is really peaceful.

I had to appear for an entrance test. The scores were not revealed. I had opted for this college because the course structure was really appealing. The course structure of Xaviers is completely different from all the other colleges.

The course structure has been formulated focusing on the subject needs of the students. Presentations and field work is given weekly for every subject. The teachers focus on imparting practical knowledge equally. The university has adopted different methods of teaching. The qualifications of the Faculty is really appealing.

No, the college does not provide internship. There is no placement cell for the undergraduates as well.

No placements offered. The placement facility is only for the Postgraduates and not for the Undergraduates. No Internships offrered. The College may start providing placement facilities for undergraduates as well. There was 100% placement for the PG this year.

Xaviers hosts Xurbia which is a inter-college sports meet. It is very popular among colleges. Zest is another sports meet which is intra-college. XUB also hosts Syllable Gig which is a cultural event for the college students. Apart from all this, the students celebrate all the festivals together - be it holi, diwali, dussehra, lohri, christmas or any other festival.

The fees is a little high but the services offered are worth it. The education at Xaviers is something everyone is looking for. The college is really successful in teaching the students and imparting knowledge. The college is abiding by it's Vision and mission really well.

No scholarships are offered. Educational loans can be taken up from banks. College does mot provide any.

There are competitions for students. There are committees like dance, entrepreneurship, event management, music, IT. The gender ratio is almost 50-50. Students come from different states, background, ethnicity, religion. There is no discrimination or bullying at all.

The hostel fees is Rs. 24000 per year which amounts to Rs.2000 per month. The rooms are pretty clean and hygiene is maintained in the hostel. The students have to clean their rooms on their own. Home cooked food can not be compared to mess food, obviously! But I can assure you that the food at Xaviers mess is faaaaar better tha any other hostel mess. Plus, there's this X-cafe in the campus which provides food too and in an all-in-one-shop. You can get all you want here. Moreover , there's a dhaba just outside the campus which serves amazingggggg food! So food at Xaviers isn't a problem.

The senior students are very cool and chill. They are always ready to help. They are the ones because of whom we are able to celebrate every festival with joy and happiness even after staying away from our homes.

Exam structure is a bit complex. Exams are conducted continuously for 5 days and no leave is provided. The Exam rules are very rigid. It becomes difficult for the students to prepare for all the exams effectively. There are 2 exams for each subject in a semester - the Mid Semester Exams and the End Semester Exams.

I had to appear for an entrance test for which I had to fill an application form. I had filled the form online. The scores were not revealed. I was later asked about my Standard 12th CBSE marks. No interviews were taken unlike other colleges. The result was released on June 6, 2016.

The qualifications of the faculty are up to mark. Faculty shows interest in teaching the students. Most of the faculty is qualified form IIT. The faculty is really indulged in teaching. Proper notes and study material is provided from time to time. The teachers are realllllly GREAT!
