Remarks
You have to get below 200 ranks in kcet or 400 ranks in comedk. You can also get admission through the management quota. If you have any reservations one can get a seat if his/her rank is below 1k. But you can not get admission to this college through jee exams.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the computer science engineering course as I was more fascinated and intersects the coding field. This college also provides wide opportunities for students who are interested in the computer field. The faculty of the college is the best. They teach very well and the college management takes reviews the students of their teachers.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internships offered by the college side and some big companies like Microsoft, JP Morgan, salesforce, etc. as the corona time started there were fewer internships offered compared to previous years.
Placement Experience
RV college of Engineering is famous for its placements. CSE course students have an average of about 15.6laks per annum. Students after completing the 6th sem are eligible for campus placement. Other course students also get very good packages and their overall average is about 9.4laks per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my knowledge, there will be no hike in the fees, and college fees are also below 1lakhs. The college management informs the students about various scholarships that a student of RV college can apply for and get the scholarship.
Campus Life
Every year RV college of engineering conducts a big fest in Bengaluru which is known as the 8th mile. They also conduct various sports tournaments and also other co-curricular activities like quizzes, debates mobs, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is way better than any other pgs if it is compared. But the available mess food is not that good. The hostel fees are also very cheap but still, toilets and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.
