I did not write any exam for it. They asked for details about my previous grades, that's all. If you go to the SIST site on google there will be a page called admission process. so there you will get to know how to apply for the college and registration time and everything
Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to be a computer science student. So I chose this course because I am interested in it. So the faculty teaches quite well actually. Even if they take a leave or anything there will always be a substitute for them to complete the syllabus. It will be like in 4 months in a year.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided in the third year in the name of pride or we can do something like out of college. companies like HCL and Bank of America offered this year's internship. instead of project internships, we can do NPTEL courses.
Placement Experience
In the 6th semester will become eligible for the campus placements or in the 4th year. Companies like HCL Dell cap Gemini etc come to the college for placements. mostly of the students to go for placements, I will get placed. My plan is to do masters in the US so I'm not going to the placement training.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was a fee hike this year and the tuition fee went up to 300000. And the hostel fee went up to 100000. So for me in the first year, it was 255000, the 40000 is collected for books, lab coats, drawing kits,calci, etc. And from the second year, it is 215000.
Campus Life
Fests are conducted two times a year, and they are organized so well that they are the best events we can attend in college. For some classes there are projectors. There is a basketball court. An indoor stadium for badminton was constructed last month.
