Though the Management is not very flexible, the spirit of most of the rules are reasonable excepting a few which are archaic. The students still passing out with flying colors is a testimony of the grind they go through to sharpen their mental attitude towards facing the real world outside in a management role.

XAT, I have scored around 90 Percentile and got shortlisted for WAT+GDPI, with 2 years of Manufacturing Experience. I had opted for this College since it has higher credibility and established better than colleges at par in this range. personally, I was more attracted to the Infrastructure and was determined to go through the Academic Rigour that TAPMI demands over the two years

Course curriculum is exhaustive and of high quality. But can need more modification to become highly engaging. Some electives are not discussed very appropriately esp. in Finance and Marketing. But these would be 1/2 in two years of whole gamut of electives. Otherwise HARVARD Cases are brilliant way of understanding concepts.

In MIP, real life managerial issues faced by organisations are identified, analysed and discussed by the students under the direct supervision of an industry guide. Possible solutions to the problems are hit upon and presented to the organisations for implementation. A member of the faculty works as an academic guide for a group of students. The academic guide is a coach and helps students blend management theories and concepts with current business and managerial issues faced in the real world. Average Stipend is - 15,000/- PM (Taking into account 450 strength). Good Companies offer above 20,000/- pm

Job Opportunities are reasonably well, considering sans IIM Tag. But still the kind of profiles which are given to Students are not at par with the top colleges in India.This is somewhat an injustice to the bright talent present on Campus. Otherwise a decent salary pay package of 9+ lakhs is met for each student.

Organizing an event of this scale - 600 teams from 3 countries, a 3-step process to select the final 2 teams, is a mammoth task, which students do perfectly and successfully year after year DISHA - Participate in intense discussions by the best minds of the HR world on strategic developments in the field, the future outlook etc.during DISHA, the annual HR conclave of TAPMI. Brandscan - A marketing course and a unique market research fair, TAPMI's flagship event, Brandscanuses disguised games to collects valuable consumer and market related information in identified urban, semi-urban and rural areas for strategic use by our corporate partners

The Fee is similar to what the competing Private MBA Colleges charge today, yet it might be little burdensome considering TAPMI still has not tied up with appropriate banks for easier disbursement of Loans. Only HDFC Credila, has TAPMI acredited for Student Loan.

The College provides limited Cash awards as rewards at the end of two years, but not I'm aware of any scholarship at the beginning of academic years.

If I would rate the Gender Diversity its 5/5. You get really good combination of people from varied backgrounds arising out of a large batch and they make the fun part come alive everywhere. Inspite of 11:30 PM rule, we all had great time in creating memories that we can cherish for a lifetime. The campus is buzzing with events and celebrations every fortnight throughout the two years

Hostels are really well maintained and equipped with all the requisite facilities. You can rate it 4.8/5. The mess food is definitely better than many places at par else where available in Post Grad Colleges. The only catch is limited available options of food available to buy inside the campus.

Yes The Alumni Committee had strived hard to maintain best relationships with the Alumns and helped in getting across lots of support & interaction thorough CXO series.

We have Mid term & End Term Examinations which are fairly followed practice everywhere. Moodle Quizes are online quizes conducted every week for each subject. The components of each elective are distributed covering many other concepts including practical & Theory.

The Admission Application Form is available online on TAPMI Website. The CAT/XAT Score card details were shared and we would be notified on the website for shortlisting for GDPI. You can select the centre of your choice first come basis, and the process is smooth without any hitches. Some are given on-Spot offer in exceptional list released same day on the website, others will have to wait till results for each city are released.

Faculty are really very Good for most of electives, especially found great mentors from external faculty who visit the campus especially for second year electives. Rating the faculty as 4.7/5. You would have a few exceptions in faculty which will not meet specific student expectations, but that's quite common elsewhere.
