I would say that college is OKAY and you do not have many options in Rajasthan better than it. However, it would have been much better if college management were any good. College management is ignorant and not helpful at all.

I took rajasthan pre engineering test in the year of 2013, and I scored 45 number (mathematics- 18, physics- 10, chemistry-17). I chose this particular college because I heard that it is good for computer science and I was interested in that subject only.

I would say that course curriculum is not very updated and is based on early 2000s syllabus. They are teaching physics and chemistry in the first year and there are subjects of mechanical and electrical branches in continuity throughout 2nd and 3rd year. However, subjects related to computer science are good.

NO, our college doesn't provide internship, you have to search for it yourself. However, they have some connections and them provide referral and interview opportunities in some local companies.Stipend is around 5-15k.

Placements start from the third year, many famous companies like TechM, Capegemini, Appirio, Metacube, Infosys, App perfect visit the campus. Placement for Computer Science department is very good. Over 25 companies visited in the session 2016-17 and package ranged from 1.5 lakh - 9 lakh. I got placed in Capegemini along with 40 other students for 3.15 LPA. Overall 200 students got placed in different companies in the session. Highest package offered was 9 LPA by Juspay, 2 students of CSE dept got placed in it.

Events are celebrated for every major occasion like Holi, Deepawali, Janamashtmi, Dusshera, etc. And there are three main national level college fests. Jigyasa which is technical fest and is organised in October. Rudrika and Vanquish are cultural and sports fests respectively and organised in March. Over 1000 students from all over India took part in Vanquish and Jigyasa this year. There is also a model United Nations event which is also a national level event.

College fee is 76400 for every year which is divided into two semesters. There are no extra charges. Odd semester fee is 46900 and even semester fee in 29500. One time caution fee of 7500 is collected by college administration which is returned after graduation. The fee is decided by Rajasthan Technical University and once decided it is fixed for 4 years.We have to submit the fee before commencing of every semester and there is fine involved for late submission.Hostel fee is 85000 per year including room and food.

There are no scholarships and loan facilities provided by college. However, govt of Rajasthan provide TFWS(college fees is reduced to 10-20k from 70-80k) seats to students(6 students per branch) which get higher ranks in Rajasthan pre-engineering test.

Campus life is vibrant, there are events happening on every major occasion and there are college fests too where you can take part in sports, cultural and technical events like quizzes, robotics, debates, etc. There are several clubs for students interested in Entrepreneurship, computers, robotics, etc. The gender ratio is very good and there are some really pretty girls.

Hostel facilities are good, I enjoyed my time there. Hostels are pretty good, they have wifi enabled and air conditioned rooms. Hostel mess is also better compared to other colleges.There are 7 hostels, 4 for boys and 3 for girls. Each hostel has 3 floors and about 75-90 rooms. Rooms are 3 seater with a separate toilet (western).Rooms are fully furnished with 3 tables and chairs.Hostel quality standards are very good. There is a gym , T.V room and sports room for each hostel.Fee is fixed at 85000 which could be submitted in 2 installments of 25000 INR and 1 installment of 35000 and INR 10000 one time caution money deposit.

Frankly to tell you the truth alumni network is not very strong and I doubt if it even exists, eventhough college was established in 2002. However senior students are helpful as long as they are in college, after that nobody cares. However, they will help regarding jobs/placement.

Exams are very frequent in B.Tech due to semester scheme. We have to give midterms, practical exams and main exam in every 2-3 weeks approx. Even classes timings are very hectic, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. University examination is of 80 marks(per subject out of 100) and remaining 20 marks are decided by average of two midterms for every semester. There are 6 subject (600 marks out of 1000) and remaining marks are allocated to labs.

First you have to fill form of Rajasthan pre engineering test which usually come out in March. Then you take the test in May/June at whatever centre of examination you had been allocated. Then you have to fill couselling form according to your priority of college and stream. Result was declared in July and you have to contact the college you had been allocated and then college will verify your documents and after fee submission you will be admitted.

Faculty in the first year of the college is very good. They are very nice and helpful. However, most of the faculty members for later years are ignorant, arrogant, and not helpful at all. But this is the case only for computer science department. Faculty members of other branches are much better and more helpful than CSE dept.
