Best learning experience

Diiferent districts, different cultures , different food, different slangs , different behaviours , different tastes , all are under one roof happily .. JNTU college of Enginnering Pulivendula . Thanks for taking me back to my college days .

I took EAMCET examination which is a state level entrance test for Engineering in Andra Pradesh. I scored 1906 rank on state level. I Wanted to join University level college to pursue my Bachelor degree and JNTU is well-known university in Andhra Pradesh. The residential environment in my college is the best part of it , once can learn a lot from living with friends . For every student out there it is like a second home. Studies is as usual.

90% Engineering colleges in Andra Pradesh are JNTU affliated. JNTU core team decides the course of curiculum for all the colleges. it is good enough to provide the stream-based knowledge to students from basic to advanced. we will be provided with the syllabus book at start of our course which provides all the information about the subjects , electives available throughout our course .

It do not offer any internships of Bachelor degree . It provides only for phd professors . I am not aware of the stipends for that .

I got my job in placement . When I joined it was 2 year old university and it placement percentage for my batch is 70% , Achieving 70% in just 2 years in not so easy . Our placement officer played a vital role in it. Now the placement cell is not performing up to the level in college , got to know from our juniors. It depends on market also though .

Every year we have a tech festivals arranged by every stream . Our Stream (ECE) celebrates tech fest called Scintillace. It is National Level sympoisum . It is kind of platform to enhance and exhibit student skills . We have paper presentation, group discussions , tasks , cultural activities. It happens for 2 to 3 days . Students plays main role here and faculty helps us .

Since it is government university . Fee is very feasible and afforable by most of the people. Even the hostel fee alsi very nominal . Mess fee is very reasonable. Added advantage is we get scholarships if we satisfy some criteria . Criteria includes all the reservation items and merits.

I got a fee waiver facility for my entire graduation .As i mentioned earlier scholarship allocation depends on criteria . my details do not satisfy any reservation criteria , I got scholarship based on my rank in entrance examination .

My graduation time is the one of the beautiful period of my life. Faculty encourages to participate more in sympoisums, cultural activities . Our collage have big paly grounds for almost all sports cricket, volley ball , badminton, foot ball, basket ball . Every year we have a technical workshops like robotics, project presentations

As I said it is home away from home . Since my college is located in remote area 98% of the students stays in hostel . And since it is university , you will find students from all over the states. It was to be with friends anyways . We had student management mess in our college. volunteers from students manage it , So menu is our wish and monthly charges depends on the menu we select . Menu will be prepared by considering opinions .

yes , They are . Every year our college celebrates alumini meet in our college on college annual day . juniors and faculty personally calls senior alumini to invite for the college alumini function . What a students passed out from a college can expect other than this .

It is 4 year course .We have 7 semesters in our course. First semester is for an year and from second year on wards 2 semesters per year. So totally 1+ 2*3 = 7 semesters . For every semesters we have 2 internal examinations and one external/final eaxmination . final score depends on both internal (20%)+external(80%) = 100% . For every subject we have credits , once we clear the subject we will be credited with credits which come into picture at the time of graduaiton

Based on EAMCET ranking we went through a counciling process where we can choose college and stream of our interest based on the rank and availability of seats . It happens rank wise and area wise . You will have reservations in place based on certain criteria. Once you select your seat and document verification is done , you are allowed to pay the fee , with this we are confirming out seat in college. Later , we need to attend college and take an admission into it by submitting the counciling forms .

We have all levels of faculty members in our college . From senior most to junior most . It was knowledgable session with senior professors and it was fun with junior faculty . but we enjoyed both . Faculty encourage and helps us studies and extra curricular activities mostly .
