Our campus is a open gate system. It means you can enter/leave the campus at any time. So you attend the class or don't nobody asks you the reason. But you have to maintain a minimum attendance of 75%. Other you will be fined. Overall campus excellent facilities to grow up. But only few makes use of it.

Andhra University has conducted separate entrance test for the integrated dual degree program, namely AUEET. I got 120 rank in the entrance test. I have completed my degree in ECE in AUCE[A]. This course through this test has special opportunity that, one could do his/her B.E and Mtech with in 5 years duration. So I opted for this program. There is lot of scope and opportunities for a graduate from this University.

To be straight and frank, University has old curriculum. It didn't update its syllabus since decade. 1st year and 2nd year has mandatory subjects. But remaining 3 years will have some mandatory and few electives which a student has free to choose. Whole class has to elect only one subject as elective.Class representative can talk to HOD for change in elective as a whole.

There are many internship opportunities in the campus. Many of my batch-metes have done intern in AIrport Authority of India. BSNL Hyderabad, BSNL visag, Steel Plant, DRDO, ISRO, Midhani Hyderabad, NSTL visag.

Overall Placements in the campus are good. To be particular in this region this is only campus with more placements. Many companies hire the students from the campus. INFOSYS, TCS, WIPRO, IBM, MU-SIGMA, Etc. recruit every year. The average package is 3.5 LPA, With highest package of 8LPA.

There are many events took place during my presence in the campus. Events Marie-Time Exhibition is exhibited in the campus grounds during international fleet review. PM Narendra Modi ji has visited the campus during IFR-Visag. During same occasion many of the foreign naval heads has visited the grounds. In my 1st year singer Hari Haran has performed the stage show at the campus.

This course especially very expensive. Fee is around 1.5 lacks per annum. If you are fascinated about the integrated course it is easy go with the fee. But if you have good EMCET rank you can get it into campus by EMCET counselling. But still you don't have this integrated course facility.

I don't have any scholarships, so I don't know much about it. Coming to loan one can get loan of any amount at any nationalized banks. There are many loan giving banks. But i didn't took any loan.

Its a green campus with much diversity in bio-life. Many students come from wide verity of backgrounds. Students form many regions come together. Even in engineering stream many students are of many interests, having passion in photography, shortfilm-making, dance, arts, music, sports. The gender ratio is 7 boys out of 10 students.

Hostel and hostel food is very low cost. Everybody can afford the price. There is strict rules for the hostels, especially for girls. Security checks in and out timings. Coming to food section Its neither good nor worst. Its stands average. Many of the students stays at hostel, pays for food and bed, but most of the times goes for food.

Alumni has lot of network. Past students of 2 decades or more come to visit the campus on fests and cultural programs. An alumni of campus has built an Auditorium for the benefit of the current students.

1st year is common to all departments. It has no semesters. It has only exam at the end of the 1st year. It includes 5 labs, internals, viva, Exam. 2nd year on wards core subjects begins. we do have labs and practical sessions also. It's a credit based examination on a scale of 10. You have to gain min of 60-70% marks to pass in the particular subject.

University conducts entrance test for this program annually. The notification will be released in January of every year. The exam will be around May or June. But there are only a few centers across the Andhra Pradesh. Results will be declared within one month of the test.

The faculty here are punctual and commanding. There word is to be done. If are interested in research work they only can help You a lot. There are 3 Phd. guides in my department. They will guide you in case of project works, inter-campus competition, seminars, presentations, and even in paper publications.
