Great college for technical studies

This is a good place much better than most of the NITS.

IIT JEE mains is the only way to get into the college. No other exam or quota is applicable for admission.

Curriculum is given in the academic section of the website. pdf file containing the curriculum of each branch is uploaded by the departments. It is strictly followed in the institute. Every course is taught by experienced fauclty members and who are easily approacble.

LNMIIT have LUSIP program for summer term where students from LNMIIT and IIT, NITs and other Indian institutes participate to utilize the summer term.

Average package 7 lack and above 90%. All major companies are visiting the college and a lot of them are providing internship before the placement. This trend is followed in NITs as well and LNMIIT is also having the same. almost everyone who is eligible for placement is getting placed.

Vivacity Vivacity, in its existence, stood justifying itself as one of the liveliest and most animated jubilation that youth has ever experienced. Plinth is technical fest of the institute and a lot of teams participate. Sports fest had around 60 colleges participating in the fest.

Fee is around 1.7 lack per semester for UF programs. It may be slightly on the higher side for students but the infrastructure and quality of education justifies the fees. A total of around 3.5 lacks per annum is spent on the fee by every student. fee increment is not more than 10 percent every year.

for BPL students, scholarship is there. For others as well many banks are providing the loans. If you get a cgpa of 9 and above, then you get scholarship

Around 30 percent students are girls and it is safe for girls to stay here. There is absolutely no political activity in the institute and everyone is concerned about their technical lives. Students have a lot of influence of coding culture and good GSOC outcomes are proof of it.

hostel and mess are one of the best in the country. hostel is not air conditioned buy air cooled and mess is very hiegenic and well maintained. Mess food is good compared to many IITs as well. hostels are connected and having LAN connections. hostels life is very good in the institute.

alumni meetings are held once ever year in the colleges and 2-3 times in bangalore and hyderabad. Onc eit was done in US as well.

Exams are continuous and you can have a quiz almost in 10-15 days for each course. Mid term and end terms are conducted at regular times with prior information. Assignments and projects have large percentage in overall assessment. Grades are given within one week of the exams.

Admission is purely merit based. You have to score high in JEE mains and get admission here. Admission portal opens in April and one can apply till the last date. No management or caste based quota is applicable. So enter the place if you are looking for quality friends

In every department section full details of faculty is provided. Most of the faculty members have PhD from IIT or abroad. Thus the quality of faculty is at par with new IITs and better than many NITs. being a private institute they have lot of freedom as well and a good atmosphere is created.
