No, I didn't have to give any entrance exams in my time at least. I just had to provide my academic scores. The application form, fees details, and dates are all provided online and one can easily apply for it. The behavior of the staff is also good. So, in case of any confusion, applicants can definitely contact the staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
There were around 4-5 professors & lecturers per subject. All of them were very friendly and guided us in every possible way. They are all highly qualified and knowledgeable in their subject line. In fact, the thing which I miss most about my college is the professors of English, History, and Sociology. The exams were on time mostly. However, often due to unavoidable circumstances the exams were postponed. But we students were always notified on time so no issues with that.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite affordable. For financial assistance, the college also provides a 'students concession' fee option for students who find it difficult to afford the fee. The college also provides career counseling and placement cell for students. It's done with lectures, workshops, or short-term courses. I personally wasn't associated with this cell but I have heard from many college students that this cell is definitely effective.
Campus Life
The best thing about Gurudas College is its library. They have a great collection. Be it study books or story books - you are gonna get them all! The college also organizes fests - managed mainly by the students' union. Sports and other extracurricular activities are also done on campus. They also have smart classes, giving students a good visual representation of what's being taught theoretically. They have common rooms too where students can gather and chat.
