College management is very cooperative,student friendly and they will cooperate in your all academic activities. They will help you if your in any trouble inside the campus.And there is no bad remarks on the.Its is a good college.

SJCE is a Government Aided College till 2016,and now Its JSS technical university From 2017 onwards and I have taken Karnataka CET in 2012 and got decent rank in State level to get into EEE Branch,All branches are good in SJCE and I interested in Circuit branches So chose the EEE Branch which I can get Easily. There is no interview direct admission once seat alloted by KEA.

Syllabus was very neatly designed By VTU,I think its not oriented and motivates the students towards research,But its good, Some Extra content was added by professors and some of them were removed as its not necessary for recent trends.And our professors put great effect to make it students friendly and research oriented

Every year one or two companies will come for internship. Students have to find the internship opportunities outside the campus of their own. It helps in the placement activities which were taken place in 4 th year of Engineering.

Placements and job opportunities are good in SJCE.Especially for circuit branches CS/IS/EC will get good job offerings from reputed companies like Microsoft,Google, Oracle, Cisco etc.,Non Circuit branch will also get good opportunity but less than circuit branch studeannum. More than 100 companies come to SJCE to hire the students,Companies are divided into Mass,Core and Dream companies based on package they offer and college-Company relationship, Mass companies offer approximately 3.5 lakh/annum,Core companies about 4-5lakh/annum and dream companies offer more than 10 lakh/annum.

There are Two to three Student technical Clubs in the college like IEEE,Linux Campus club,Telsa and many more. They conduct their Own fest in both Odd and Even semesters.And comes to Cultural activities we have our own student club it will conduct the annual fest called Shabd, And also we have our college fest Jayciayana.

Since SJCE is a government Aided college you have to pay only fee as fixed by the government. There is no extra fee for college.If and only if you got seat in the college under government quota. Management has only 5% of total seats fee for that particular seats will be decides by the Management every year.

College will not provide any special scholarship. And students can apply Scholarships provided by the Government like MHRD, Epass,Fee concession etc.,If your eligible for any particular scholarship you can apply there is No problem in that.There is no loan facilities available from college side poor students and they have take loan from the Banks.

Campus life was good there is no issue in the gender ratio,its common in all the colleges. You will see very good number of Girls in the circuit branches than the Non circuit branches like Mechanical and Civil. Technical workshops like Robotics,Software skill will be conducted by the Student clubs interested students can participate. There is no compulsion in that.

Hostel Facilities are good. Both Boys and Girls Hostels are inside the campus. For first year students they will allot 5 sharing rooms and from 2nd year you can have the liberty to choose your own roommates and Also which block and room you want.And when it comes Hostel Fee it's fixed and its not based on Number of students in each room.

As seen by me there is no as such active alumni network. But they will conduct a alumni meeting once or twice in a year.If you join any student club you will get the good Senior interactions it will help in your academic activities.

Exam pattern is there are 5 tests in each semester each having equal weightage.And when it comes to LAB procedures it depends on the department and lab in charge lectures, how they behave with students, In some branches some labs are easy going without any headache,and some are very hard to pass.

SJCE is a Government Aided College, and I took Karnataka CET and got decent rank in State level to get into EEE Branch.Notification will release on every year by KEA,and you have write exam conducted by KEA,its based on Class 11 and 12th syllabus, For Rank allotment Entrance test marks and class 12 th marks will be taken in equal ratio

In our branch we have both Experienced professors and Inexperienced lectures, But this is common in all branches and in all collages. But Core branches Like CS,Civil, ECE,EEE,MECH have good numbers Phd holders than any other branches.But i think its good for both students and lectures.
