People who seriously wants to grow in this field should pursue this course.

Placement Experience

3.5

The objective of this programme is to prepare executives/professionals for top level Human Resources position in public or private sector organization. This course helps them to understand the needs and demands of the market and they can apply it in their organization. The best part is that they can practically apply their knowledge in their current organization and understand which methods to put their focus on. College also attracts companies for a placement week where they can give lucrative offers to the students along with the better opportunity.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is pretty happening and part-time candidates can also participate in regular events, which are for full-time students. They can avail all sort of facilities and possibilities. They have full-time access to all the digital media like regular Full-time students. The college doesn't differentiate between the full time students and the part time students. This kind of attitude of college makes it a very friendly and a learning place.

Exam Structure

Exam structure involves all the regular examinations, assignments, projects, presentations and most importantly, hiring candidates for a company. This kind of approach gives them a real life experience as well as they come to know what kind of choice they have made. The result can be a success or a fail which is based on a lot of parameters; which will be explained to you once you join the course.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
