Human Resources Development is becoming an increasingly important function in any organization. This programme prepares Executives/professionals for top-level Human Resource positions in public & private sector organization. Its a three years part-time (M.H.R.D.M) course affiliated by university of Mumbai for working professionals who already have a career in Human Resources but want to grow and earn more responsibilities and a better position in a company. Entrance Preview
Interested candidates have a lot of options to apply for the course and depending on their eligibility, offer letter for admissions would be given. Candidates desiring to take admission in this course should have appeared for MH-MBA CET or Association CET (MAMI) examination. Also, candidates must have Mathematics/Statistics or Business Mathematics in 10+2 or any one year of graduation. They can also submit their other scores for admission i.e. CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA etc, college does take these scores into consideration.
Placement Experience
The objective of this programme is to prepare executives/professionals for top level Human Resources position in public or private sector organization. This course helps them to understand the needs and demands of the market and they can apply it in their organization. The best part is that they can practically apply their knowledge in their current organization and understand which methods to put their focus on. Campus life is pretty happening and part-time candidates can also participate in regular events, which are for full-time students. They can avail all sort of facilities and possibilities. They have full-time access to all the digital media like regular Full-time students. The college doesn't differentiate between the full time students and the part time students.
