Really a good choice for Students opting Engineering after 12th.

The admission process is really simple. You may get admission on the basis of your entrance exam marks, or on a direct basis. The application forms are available on the college website, or in the main building of SGI which is in Agra. Reservation benefits can be availed on govt. basis, just like scholarships. I think the admission process is quite simple and no improvements are needed.

I chose this course because of my interest in computer-related fields. Also, the ongoing trend in Computer Science Branch all over India attracted me to this course. Faculty members are really helpful and qualified well in their fields. Some of them are professors who have already done some research for the nation. Their teaching methods are really helpful and excellent. The exams are not difficult to pass but need a proper understanding of the topics to pass clearly.

This year 3 students from 2nd year only got internships in Microsoft. They are from the Computer Science Branch. Getting internships in such a good company can help in providing a good experience for better performance and posts after the placement.

Students from 3rd year are available for campus placements. Many good companies like Amazon, Google, Infosys, HCL, Commvault, etc, have already visited the college and ample opportunities are available for placements. The highest package is 24 lakhs p/a, the average package is 5 lakhs p/a and, the lowest package is 2.5 lakhs p/a. More than 92% of students are placed every year in this college. I want to be hired by any good company like Commvault, Amazon etc, after getting my college degree.

The cost of my course is 119000 p/a but referral offers are available for new students which can be done through the college website. The fees can be paid in instalments over the year. Scholarships are available for the students who get admission through counselling, like, by getting the cut-off marks in the entrance test.

Every year the college organizes cultural fests and also many sports fests are organized in college. The library is full of all types of books related to every field at any time. It has a well-equipped infrastructure for the students and a better environment.
