In acropolis institute of technology and research admission in B.Tech is based on JEE rank cutoff according to students category. DTE counseling helps in applying for admission to AITR. The government's reservation policy is applied for reservation benefits.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the CSE branch because, in AITR, faculties and placements for CSE students are very well. And placements ratio is improving year by year. Faculties are helping in nature. Hard-working and well-qualified faculties are there. Most of the faculties have a master's degree and few are Ph.D. holders. Exams are not much tough nor very easy. The level of the exam is above average.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the students complete their internships from outside of college through any external source. College also provides internships as a training program for any process or course. In the third year, we have to make minor projects to show in the resume and to improve our skills.
Placement Experience
Placements in acropolis are very good and are improving year by year. From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosys, Flutter flow, etc. visited the colleges and offered students. In 2022 140+ companies visited and 900+ students are getting offers now and still counting. The highest package offered was 45 LPA and the average package is 3.5 to 4 LPA. In the CSE branch, almost 85 to 90 % of students get placed. My plan after getting a degree is to get campus placement in a good company. And after that want to start a new startup.
Fees and Financial Aid
My fees for the CSE branch in the first year were 106000 including bus fees of 12000 per year. Bus fees are compulsory for all students. For 2nd, 3rd and final year fees will be 94500, 96500 and 100500 respectively. Government scholarship policy is available according to students' category. I am also a beneficiary of the MP post metric scholarship program as I come under the OBC category.
Campus Life
Only a few fests are conducted in a year. There are many books and journals available in the library. Good facilities are there in classrooms and a good environment in the classrooms for making students focus and concentrate. Good benches and a projector is available in the classroom. Sports activities are very less as I see. Many extracurricular activities are conducted like dance, singing, many competitions, etc. Many clubs are run by students and guided by faculties like Rotaract club, Acrotronics club, AWS, etc.
