Remarks
I applied through REAP in which I was selected on basis of 12th marks due to covid . Otherwise it is based on jee mains marks. It just required us to fill up the form and then after selection we were asked to submit the document .
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is helpful. They are good. Assignments are given. They provide us with different opportunities. I think the faculty: student ratio is about 1:70. The faculty is approachable. There are two semesters in a year.
Placement Experience
Many companies visit the campus. The highest package was 44 LPA this year. Training is also provided. The average package is about 5 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Adobe, and Clouder visited this year. Many more visit the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The courses are affordable. The fee structure is very good. Scholarships are provided. There are campus jobs provided. It has various student-driven clubs. Different activities are happening from time to time.
Campus Life
The campus life is good. The ambiance is nice. There are different student-driven clubs. Both social clubs and some technical groups. The library has a good collection. Books can be borrowed for up to 15 days at a time and only two books can be issued by a student at once.
Hostel Facilities
You need to get a LAN cable for wifi access . Even then you can't use it for 24 hours. The time limit and timing is fixed. In girls hostel there is no geyser and AC. Coolers are provided for which you have to pay fees for usage. There is solar system for hot water in winters. You need to take permissions for going out even for an hour or two within the particularly alloted time for outings. You are allowed to go out 2-3 times a week. You can't go even in the campus after 7 in summer and after 6 in winter. The outings time is same. But boys hostel don't have these regulations. They are free to go as they please. They have wifi rather than LAN. Such is the misery!
