Whether you should Join IET(Top AKTU college) or not.

During my time admission is taken through the UPSEE entrance exam but nowadays it is done through JEE MAINS just like other colleges through Joasa for CSE/IT branch you must be around 30k to get admission in other branches takes upto 50k rank. the college admission fees should be taken online the DD making Process is time taking

In the ECE branch, both paths are open for you either government or private(IT) sector. you are also eligible for ESE. The faculty of this college has a good teaching experience and all professors including contract faculty had done their PHD scholar from prestigious colleges like IIT, and NIT. you can easily clear the semester exams if don't have to worry about the semester just focus on skills also in every college most students study the night before and easily pass it.

After your 6-semester company started appearing for placement recently Paytm appeared offered 16lpa to around 15 students and zScaler which offers around 19lpa IT sector on campus placement is good enough if you're preparing for it at least a year before then also you are going to get placed easily if you know you want placement from starting then senior of here are in Google, Microsoft, Amazon, DE shaw, morgan Stanley etc off campus placement is a lot more than what it seems on website or internet if compared off-campus of CSE/IT/ECE it not less than any NIT if you don't want placement than you can go for further studies through GATE around 30-40% students here prepare for the gate for IIT or PSU. In CAT also the score of these college students is a lot better than 20 Students in IIM of my senior batch. If you thinking of UPSE CSE or ESE then you have to believe yourself and continue that you will also find your batchmate preparing for it but this takes time All the best.

Fees are a little bit high as compared to other government engineering colleges you can get a scholarship from UP government(up post-matric other than intermediate) which is 80-90k for SC/ST and for obc and general it is around 50-65 since it increased for general started with 50k in my first year. On-campus placement is good for the IT sector for other branches students focus on government jobs, PSU, or higher studies for cse, it students of cse/it average package is above 8lpa students preferred off-campus placement here it provides more package.

Ankuran tech fest of electronic department Convergence is the annual fest there are many more but due to covid condition in the recent year, they are not organised. books are available in Library but for some core subjects books, you have to go earlier as there can't be 60-70 copies of one book. sport is good enough and in the coming future it is going to be a lot better as new sports complex construction is ongoing already students of here participate in many sports events at the college level. For social group, I myself am the vice-president of PARMARTH: the social group of IET Lucknow where daily slum children come here to study not only study we focus on a lot more things. ROBOTICS, FRACTAL, INSANIACS, WARANGAL club for singing, dancing and coding-like stuff. Overall being in any club is a great experience.
