College has an excellent reputation in NCR.
Entrance Preview
You can simply walk in for admission through management quota. Admission is not very competitive. If you want to go through the normal route of admissions, then you require UPSEE rank or AIEEE rank. Admission process takes place online.
Course Curriculum Overview
Fairly rigorous and demanding. It covers all the requisite subjects of undergraduate engineering degrees. It is just that training is very theoretical and classroom oriented.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, you have to do compulsory internship related to your degree specialisation for at least 6 months. There are many good companies in the National Capital Region. You are sure to find one on your own. The college placement cell also tries to help but they are working on making this facility better for students.
Placement Experience
The college has a decent placement record. Mostly small companies come here for recruitment. Maximum students get jobs in the Delhi and Gurgaon area. There are a few companies that have repeatedly hired here like Amazon, Infosys, TCS etc. The average package is 4 lakhs, rarely above that.
College Events
They have a college festival called Effusion. They organise workshops and seminars on engineering subjects. They also have technical competitions for robotics, communication technology etc, for students to display their skills and new ideas.

Campus Life
The college is very strict. Forget about dhamaal Masti! If you want to study, study, study, then DGI is best. The focus heavily on studies. They tolerate no nonsense on discipline and rules. College is a bit difficult to reach because transportation is a bit difficult because of few buses going to college area.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is neat and clean. Basic facilities are available. Many students live-in PG or private hostels.
Alumni/Alumna
Networking with seniors is important. Try getting in touch with as many old students as possible. The course is developing an alumni association.

Faculty
Mixed bag: Recent graduates and experienced professionals both teach here. Teaching staff members do their best to teach students. They are helpful and cooperative.
