Course Curriculum Overview
Every semester after 5th sem, an industrial visit was made for the industry exposure of the students. The course curriculum was well up to the mark.
Placement Experience
The placements have increased greatly during my batch. Till the previous year, placements were good but there were only unknown companies. This year there were 4 big brands apart from the local ones. The salary ranged from 1.8 LPA- 6 LPA With an average salary of around 2.5 LPA. The companies visiting include Infosys Limited, BYJU's Think and Learn, Sundac, TDT Copper, LG Softs and many more. The jobs offered were from sales and marketing to core designations.
College Events
There are smart rooms for the purpose of visualization of difficult topics. Regular presentations are held for personality development and to ignite innovative thoughts in the students. The student to faculty ratio is 60:1 (maximum).
Campus Life
The infrastructure of my college is really worth applauding! All the basic facilities are present which include wi-fi, labs, library, etc. The ones which are worth visiting are the grand auditorium and the central library. The labs are very well equipped and furnished and the classrooms are very comfortable with a maximum allowable strength of 60 students in each class for better attention on every student by the faculty. The canteen food is worth the money and is regularly monitored by the college authorities, though the food in the hostel mess is sometimes not up to the mark.
Hostel Facilities
It is a residential campus with separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels are well-maintained and very clean. The have the capacity to house 1200 students.
Faculty
The faculty members are very much knowledgeable here and are highly dedicated towards their profession. Most of the members hold a master's degree from reputed colleges in various subjects. The performance of the faculty members is also closely monitored by the head of the departments and the management officials through regular feedback from the students.
