Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Computer Science and engineering. The faculty for this course is amazing. Some of the faculties teaching methods are not up to marks but overall it's good. Faculties are highly qualified and experienced. Exams happen on the regular basis. There is two mid sem during each semester. Exam levels are moderate, not so easy not so hard.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities start from the 5th semester on campus in the college. Companies like HCL, TCS, and other companies come to the college. The stipend depends on the company up to 5000-20000 or it can be more.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible from the 7th semester for the campus placement. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, divert, and many good companies come to the college placement. The average placement is 6.5 lakhs and in the year 2022, it is projected to hike between 7-8 lakhs. The placement percent for the year 2021 approx 92%. The highest placement package offered was 42 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to my batch i.e.(2020-2024), the total course fee including admission and examination charges is 865000 which is approx. 215000 per annum. But for the batch from 2022 fee has been hiked by approx 100000 per annum i.e fee could be approx 300000 per annum for the batches from 20The scholarshipship is provided as per the ranking in the entrance exam of the college.

Campus Life

The annual fest is organized during February or march. They used to be amazing and fun. The college has a huge library where you can find various books from different branches or departments. Classrooms on the upper floors are a bit old designed but downstairs classes are modern also some new modern blocks are being constructed. Sports and other extracurricular activities happen regularly and are organized by clubs and departments.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

How is life at Sathyabama?

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
