Remarks

When I completed my 12th class with 95% this college provide me with a scholarship of rs. 10000 deducted at the time of admission. There is no entrance exam only documents are verified by them and offline fill out the application form after consulting with the receptionist and principal. All the students who completed the 12th class from any stream whether medical, non-medical, commerce, arts etc. are eligible to take admission to the BCOM.

Course Curriculum Overview

My stream was commerce so that's why I chose this course for higher education. All the teachers are well qualified and they gave practical examples during the teaching theory subjects. 2 exams are conducted in one year as a semester wise. But exam pattern in the first year is one question is compulsory and 4 questions from each unit and a total of 9 questions are given. But during the covid time paper pattern will change in 2nd semester they promote us on internal exam basis and the 3rd to the 6th-semester paper pattern is any 4 questions, any three questions and last any 5 questions are attempted so it's made easy to qualify the exam.

Class Size: 79Course Fees: INR 37500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This college charge a high fee for bcom means a total 37500 per year tution fee and 9900 per year transport fee so the overall expenditure of this course is near rs.150000. but in the first semester I applied for a PMS scholarship and I got rs. 10000 in my bank account from the government. If the students are good then they provide some concession at the time of admission.

Campus Life

During my batch, a trip to Manali is organized by the commerce department. Many annual fests are conducted with the help of other departments like teachers' days, youth festivals etc. Many sports activities are organised for the students of the school and college like football, kabaddi, cricket, etc. During covid college make a Whatsapp group of each department and many students join the NSS social groups.

Good college with scope of improvement in some fields.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the business and finance so that's why i choose this field. Somehow this curriculum doesn't prepare me fully for real world but accounting is prepared me for industrial work. In that course college should visit student to company for gaining practical knowledge. Exams is on semester basis or after 5 to 6 months when syllabus of particular semester completed. It is difficult but not like that someone who study got fail.

Both the things be it placements or the internships, they are top class. Since our course was related to Financial Markets, companies like Axis Capital, Reliance Mutual Funds and likewise the companies that deals in security markets were the ones that have us jobs. Average placements of B.Com in Financial Markets were around 5 lakhs.

I hot admission in the college on the basis of 12th percentage. One needs to get atleast aggregate 50% to be eligible for applying and after that one needs to go through several interview rounds.

RPS is not worthy college.

Based on the 12th examination with PCM we can choose the maths honors course. We can find the application form with online registration or after visiting the college and there are no application fees and no specific application date, you can apply whenever you want to apply. RPS is not a good choice at all

There is so much eligibility to take admission to this college. You have to just pass your 12th and you can take addmission very easily. In my case ,I got admission in a single visit..you don't have to follow such typical procedure which you do for other universities and colleges. You can register online from the college's site (not necessary) and visit the campus and pay fee that's it you will surely get admission no need to wait for any list they take all the applicants, especially in hons course. Addmission process is so easy you won't face any difficulty in it they will guide you and do all the formalities themselves as they want more and more addmission that's it....Read More
