Bsc Forensics at JRSU

To be eligible for BSc Forensic science u must have completed your 12th level in science subject either PCB or PCM. The application form is available in the office of JRSU (offline) or u can apply online on the official website of JRSU. U can also download the application form from the website & submit it to the office by filling in the particulars. The SC/ST students of Jharkhand can avail of reservation benefits in admission & scholarship too by e Kalyan portal. Also, it is a Jharkhand state govt University so all the students who take admission in any course of JRSU can avail of reservation benefits in all the Jharkhand govt exams in physical as well as a written exams. Those students who want to join the police / daroga /SI can easily be benefited.

The faculty & student relationship is good. All the faculties have completed their masters and qualified for NET. All the end-term examinations and practicals are conducted timely. You can easily pass in ur exams before studying 2-3 days before our exams.

You can intern with CBI Ranchi in fingerprints by signing 10-12 students of our batch with the sign of VC and submitting them to the office of CBI. They don't give you a stipend but u can have a great experience in fingerprinting. Same u can intern with FSL Jharkhand by the same procedure. The University may or may not take to the internship offices. All the responsibility goes to the students only.

The fee structure is not so high. For each of ur Bsc, you have to pay only 15000. At the time of admission they take ?22-23k which includes admission charge, tuition fee, wi-fi charge, etc. Scholarship for SC/ST students of Jharkhand is through e Kalyan. In the 6th sem, you can visit FSL of Jharkhand for an internship. They may give you a stipend of 4-5 k.

The orientation program is held every year on the 6th of October. 26th Jan is celebrated with March at morabadi football stadium Ranchi by students of JRSU. Sports activities are rarely held at the University. The campus is too small for JRSU. Extracurricular activities like painting, essay writing, and rangoli competition occur regularly. There is no group or club run by the students.
