Sastra is the best place for many courses and likewise, when I wanted to join Sastra I preferred to join a course where there is the best set of faculties. I know few of my senior friends who studied there came out with flying colors. I am an NRI student so, I applied through NRI quota

They do help us finding internships. the appointed Mentors will help us if we need one intern. the college provides us with bonafide for the same and I case of internship for more than a month ON DUTY permission is given for that student. Semester Abroad Program facility is also available

Placements for engineering students are more. None of the students passes out without getting placed. Some wants to pursue their higher studies so they do not attend placements. Placements from companies like paypal, google ,microsoft, juspay, hackerearth, freshdesk, zoho and other various companies. Companies moslty offer with the internship of 3 month in our final semester

There are lot of events conducted in our college. Major events are Daksh - inter college technical fest of Sastra, Kuruksastra -inter college cultural fest of Sastra, Nani palkivala moot - national moot court competition for law students. Stetson international moot for law students, Carpediem - intra college cultural fest, Utsav - intra college technical fest. Apart from this there will be regular fest conducted by each department for their our students. These are conducted by students.

The fee structure is very feasible for all class of people. 40000 - 45000 per semester. Where as they do offer cheap and affordable hostel facilities. Where as inter-college 4 sharing rooms is amounting to 8000 for the entire year. And we should pay monthly mess fee Everything is online transaction and we are given a student id card come ATM card That is smart card So it is easy accessible for paying fees through ATM cards And then. They do offer insurance for students And also we can opt for loan.

Scholarships are offered for the students who score above 7.5 SGPA and has 90% and above attendance in all the subjects. Their mess bill for the entire semester is returned. If students score class top mark in any subject then they are provided with Higginbotham bookstore coupons Loan facility is also available from all banks. I did not avail any loan facility.

Campus life is the best. 8:45 to 5:15 we have classes and after that, there are different clubs functioning. Saturday and Sunday events will happen And there are cultural teams and technical teams that we can work in If we are interested in any other field we can find in these. This is the place where many people learned about marketing and promotions and they succeeded in it and came out with flying colors. Your unique characteristics are identified on this campus. Everyone are important here. If you are interested in paper publishing and other educational stuff then our very own huge library is there to access till 8:30 every day

Hostel facilities and mess food are the best we can say when compared to other colleges. We get perfect hygienic vegetarian food only. There are no AC room available. Which is the back lock of it. For girls there is twin sharing, single , 3 in one, 4 in one and 5 in one and 10 in one. For boys three is twin sharing, single, 4 in one and 5 in one. Menu is not repeated in the week so food will not be boring. Mess is neatly maintained and the workers are very kind and helpful if we are in need of something if we are sick. Mess bill for a month will be 2500-3000. Room rent for a year Single room costs 15000 4 in one with attached bathroom costs 14000 2in one costs 12000 5 in one without bath attached is 8000.

ALUMNI people are connected with the clubs and they do give frequent visits to the college so that if we have any doubts regarding anything they shall clear the same.

Total 90 working days whereas in every 30 working days internal assessment will be conducted. Best of two internal marks are considered Total internal marks are converted to 20. and then the respective faculty will be awarding us with the 10 marks. The end semester exams are converted to 70% and then for the aggregate score Grades are awarded

Forms are available online as well as in person too. We have to pay for the application form fill it up with your entrance examination scores and submit it on or before the last date as mentioned. As far as Engineering is concerned. JEE scores are converted to 25% and ur board exam marks are converted to 75% and the aggregate scored are considered. the counselling dates will be announced in Sastra Website

our faculties are highly qualified and their profile is as updated on our website after college hours too they are very reachable and each faculty is appointed for one subject only in that particular semester. they do not take more than one subject in that semester of a class. They help us with a lot of materials as and when they find it useful for the students they mail them to our common mail id, they do also help us assist them in their paper publishing activities and also they do encourage us to publish papers and help us to do the same.
