Remarks

Everyone who completed the 12th can opt for the course and you should pass an interview conducted by the University to join the Game development course and can find the application form in the link of the University's official website, for the game development course there is no scholarship for other courses there is scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the Game development course because I like to play and create video games and I thought CMRU is the best choice for that, the faculty are industry professionals who already worked in game studios and they have good experience in teaching game development and every year we have 2 semesters and exams are not much easy and not too hard.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies are GSN GAMES, JUKEBOX STUDIOS, ZEBU STUDIOS, etc. hire students for roles as GAME DEVELOPER, GAME DESIGNER, TECHNICAL ARTIST, and many more, and some students also got jobs at ROCKSTAR GAMES and skills and portfolio is a must.

Placement Experience

From 5 semesters we get placements and there are some eligibility criteria to apply for placements and game development courses, companies like GSN GAMES, JUKEBOX STUDIOS, etc. hire students and some students also got a job at Rockstar Games.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the Game Development course the fee is 1.6 lakh per year and there is no scholarship for the game development course you can pay a fee in installments too and they provide loans too and the stipend got to the students is 40,000 per month in GSN GAMES.

Campus Life

The life on the campus is fantastic students can enjoy and learn for 3 years at University and they have many cultural activities for game development students they also conduct activities like 24 hours game jams, Game days and the classrooms are good with Wi-Fi and they had a volleyball ground.

Kristu jayanti the best for degree

Placement Experience:

They have 95% placements. Many of students started there intern after 1st year but I tried at last year and selected it was no-payable but got experience and now I'm taking 10 lpa. My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. If you don't get placement no worries on that you can improve skills in college and take of teachers

our collage stars to focus on placement from 4 semester ,but actual placement is done at end sem ,many companies visit and select few and most eligible students, companies like axis bank ,karnataka bank etc visit and give good packages, the recent one of my senior got placed in federal bank with the initial ctc of 6 Lpa., now percentage is not that big factor they check the skill, my plans is to get placed by my dream company apple inc .

The eligibility to the course is not much in demand. u can be into the course with only 45% in PCM in 12th class and the modes of addmission are kcet, comdek and management quota.
