Remarks

A cutoff greater than 170 in the entrance exam is required. The application form will be available online and the dates were also informed. I applied for counseling and got this college. No reservation benefits were availed to me. The current admission process is so good

Course Curriculum Overview

Since I am well interested in machines and cars I choose this college. The number of students will be 20 times greater than the number of teachers. The teachers completed their Ph.D. or some other degree and got this job. The exam was held once per 3 months.

I have done an internship in Neyveli which is done by getting approval in college. Tata and 2 companies based on mechanical machinery are provided by our college. Modern dee wedding is a project done by me and my crew.

For the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Tata lc, titan, and many IT companies are visited. Average of 30 thousand to a maximum of 2 lakhs. 60 percent of students get placements. To search for a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

For Mechanical engineering, The tuition fee is about 80,000. And extra charges should be given to join the garage or TSR. Our college gives scholarships to students whose parents' annual income is about 1 to 2 lakhs.

Campus Life

Yugam is a famous event conducted every year in our college and other than that many events like Onam Christmas etc. Mainly most of the books were available Cricket, basketball, football, volleyball, throwball, kabbadi, table tennis, and many indoor games. Natural club, red cross, and some other clubs were available for students.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Kumaraguru - A wonderful journey

I applied councelling in which i was offered a several college based on my marks. First i opted CIT coimbatore following psg coimbatore and third option as Kumaraguru College Technology coimbatore. A green campus with welcoming nature for all students.

I chose this college because the first reason is it was near to my home. The travel distance was less. And the placements offered by this college was awesome. And the students and the alumni had positive reviews about this college. When I went for the campus visit I fell in love with the beautiful and green campus. And also I got rejected from some colleges due to their high mark requirements. this college contains more exposure compared to other colleges. more clubs with active participants.. highly supportive teachers with mental support. well equipped infrastructure. gives more preference to skills and practical knowledge over theory and have international tie ups with abroad colleges and companies.. offering a unique standards to the students.. YUGAM is the largest intra college fest in south india with participation of highly rated musicians and singers from south. actually i've first applied to this college and got the seat .
