For B.com(Hons) Completed 12th with Ist Division from any stream but commerce is preferred Application forms are available both Offline as well as online No reservation benefit taken as belong to general category But more online as well as more payment options

As I have completed 12th from commerce stream and wanted to pursue CA so decided Bcom The faculty-student ratio was about 1:100 They all were highly educated with PHD, Master's as well as CA, CS and CMA It was almost on time except for the covid period and it was moderate

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This college fee for the year was 38,000 first year increased by 4000 every year and no other charges for any course If you have scored 90% in CBSE or ISC Board and 80% in WB Board then it will be totally free of cost you will get 100% scholarship. Companies do come but I did not applied for any job as I was already completing my Articleship

Campus Life

Overall life was good on campus. An annual fest called Umnang and another fest are also conducted during the year. The library is large, you can get books not just related to Subjects but also from different streams Projector-based classrooms also provide AC in the classroom A basket ball court is available as well as Sports Arene Bull's eye, Chaupal etc.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
