Remarks

You have to score more than 60% in your 12th board examinations to get admission to the course. You can fill out the forms offline and online too on the college's official website every year between May to August, application form is for Rs 1000 only. There were no reservation benefits available. The admission process should be done more smoothly like admission fees and other things should be done in one place so that students didn't go here and there for admission purposes.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose this course because of the huge job opportunities and the good amount of money in this field. Teachers are well qualified and supportive, they have a lot of experience and good knowledge in their respective subjects. The faculty-student ratio was 1:15 in my course. Semester exams are easy, if you study only from teachers' notes you'll pass with good marks.

Internships Opportunities

3

There were some tech companies and start-ups that offered internships to students. some of the companies like Go Mechanic, HCl, and IBM offered an internship with 20 to 25k stipends. The roles are mostly offered the students having skills and projects in web development, app development, cloud computing, etc.

Placement Experience

3.5

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. There are many service-based tech companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech, Mahindra, HCl, etc. visited every year and nearly about 70% of the students from B.Tech CSE got placement in these companies. The highest package was 12lpa and lowest was 2lpa and the average package was 3.5lpa offered to students. I will look for an off-campus placement because I want to work in a product-based company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of my course is a little bit expensive. The total fees of the college and hostel for the 4 years are nearly about 8.5 lakhs. Students who scored more than 80% in their previous year got scholarships with nearly 25% of the tuition money waive. If you look the average package in my course is nearly about 350000 PA but college total fees are more than 850000. so you have to work for 3 years to cover your academic expenses.

Campus Life

3

An annual fest named Fiesta is held every year after the odd semester examinations. The duration of the fest is 3 to 5 days it covers all the small fest in it like tech fest and sports, games, singing, drama, etc. There were many books available in the library so you can't have to buy any books from outside. There are many clubs in the college like the Tech club, sports club, code club, arts & culture club, and social responsibility club. All the clubs are run by the students and these clubs are only for Engineering students.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel's infrastructure is so cool, It looks like a hotel, and their greenery is everywhere. the hostel is very neat and clean, But the only bad thing is Hostel's messy food, which is not up to mark it's just ok. Students get 4 meals in a day. The hostel fee is Rs 75000 yearly. There were many apartments and PGs available in the locality here near the Campus which is much cheaper than a hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
