A tale of my college

The eligibility for pursuing this course is 12th or diploma. The application form is filled out online and all the details regarding it like application fees and application dates are available on official websites like apache.ap.gov.in and the payment mode is also online. The reservation benefits can be availed by providing a caste certificate which is attested by the local concerned authority. Cut-off will be decided with regard to these reservations.

Civil engineering is an evergreen subject because constructions around us never stop. So a civil engineer will always have more chances of getting employed. A decent number of faculty are employed. All faculty members are graduated from prestigious colleges like IITs and NITs and have Ph.D. Teaching methods are presentations, video lectures, and board Teaching. A semester is conducted for 6 months and the mid-terms are conducted twice each semester. The Paper's toughness is medium and a moderate preparation is enough.

L&T company offers Job roles like engineering assistant, executive engineer, and chief executive engineer with a minimum 6 lakh package. Projects are surveying a given area, preparing models of construction,, etc.

From 4-1(7th semester) students are available for placements. Companies visited are L &T, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, etc. Almost 45 % of students are placed. After my degree, trying to get campus placements.

The fee structure is 10k per year. University is open to Scholarships and many people are eligible for Jagananna vidhya deevana ,jagananna vasathi deevana. Ammavadi is also applicable to many students. Jobs we get on campus have a package of 4 lakhs to 15lakhs.

Recently we have organized a fest called AURORA which includes technical parts like internships and certificates are also provided. We have a huge library called Krishna library and the book collection is a wonder. Almost all the books and journals are available and we can borrow books. Classrooms are equipped with good facilities and drinking water is available. Sports are hosted department-wise on their respective department days. Medals, and certificates are awarded to the winners. We have clubs like communications for English and AU united for cultural activities. These are run by students.
