The admissions to Bachelors degree in Engineering. for this College is through the EAPCET exam. The student should pass the board exam to write this exam. The EAPCET aspirants should pursue math, physics, and chemistry. A good-rank student will get a seat at this University.

The faculty in this College are highly qualified and are well-knowledge people in the region. They have studied at top universities and got their doctorate from them. The course curriculum is up to date and is very helpful for the students. The faculty are available to students for doubt clarifications etc.

Students are allowed for internships from the fifth semester onwards in most cases. They will get industry exposure from the local companies which are famous and genuine. Students do project works under the guidance of the faculty in the 8th semester.

The students are eligible for campus Placements. From the sixth semester onwards. Mostly software companies visit the campus and some core companies will visit for recruitment. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and l&T visit the College. Most students prefer higher studies after a Bachelor's degree.

The fees are very low and the students can get scholarships from the Andhra Pradesh state government. PG and research students will get stipends from the University. As the University is under the government, the fee structure is very reasonable. The fee is set by the government only.

Annual fests will be held every year with the best arrangements. Various clubs are there to enhance extracurricular activities like sports, communication skills, dance, singing, etc. There is a well-maintained library available on all working days. The classrooms are of good infrastructure and the labs are well equipped. The clubs run by students are AU united, edumoon, etc.

The hostels are very old and very economical. Students will get scholarships if they stay in the College hostels. The hostels are very near to College and easily accessible. The menu is very good and of nominal quality.
