AMU B.A Foreign Language Review

Class 12th passed with at least 50% marks. The application form will available in the month of February on the official website i.e. amucontroller.in. The application fee for the entrance is approx 650 for B.A.Foreign language, but every year the application fees increase. No reservations but preference are given to internal students. I don't want to see any improvement for now in the application process. The exam dates sometimes extend due to the 12th examination dates.

In today's day, foreign language is a very demanding course because in this course students get a job after graduation. At Aligarh Muslim University the total seats for this course are 100 and a total of 5 foreign languages name Spanish, Chinese, French, German, and Russian and over 10 faculty members. All of them have completed their Masters's in their language. The teaching method was very good, the main aim is listening, Understanding and Speaking the language. There are 3yrs and each year 2 semesters are held. The exam is not very tough, questions were asked from the syllabus that the teacher taught us.

Hyderabad-based technology companies which deal with Chinese products come to hire the students. The internship stipend was 20000 per month. The project of the job is to write mails to foreign companies and deal with foreign engineers in their language. Read the policies in the foreign language and tell the manager. In an internship, students get sometimes translate any book of pages.

From the 3rd year, students get jobs in B.A.Foreign Language. Most of the students get jobs in their final year. Many techs. companies came to the University, I didn't remember the names of the companies. The lowest package is 350000 and the highest package is 1500000. More than 50% of students get placement. I plan to get a job after my graduation and do a job for 1 year and after I want to complete my masters in this course.

The fees every year are 6095rs. The scholarship is given by the central government. Companies come to the Campus to select the students for jobs and internships. The course is very less than other colleges and universities. More than 50% of students get placement. Students also get mobiles from the Uttar Pradesh govt.

Life on campus is very traditional and cultural. AMU Campus is a very safe and ragging-free place. The Campus supports sportsmen as it has various games committees like Hockey, Football, Cricket, Badminton, etc. The Cultural Education Club ( CEC ) for the students. Every year an Annual Sports meet is organised by the University in which a football match is held between old students and new students.

The facilities in hostel is very good.The hostel alloted to students free of cost there is no any charges of hostel.Everyday the sweeper cleans the rooms and bathrooms very neatly.The foot is very higenic in hostel.Here we get 3 time food in a day, Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.The cost of dining of every month is 1400.
