Remarks

The college takes an entrance exam and also see MAT and CAT score after two interview process occurred. If you successfully passed the process then you got admission to FOSTIIMA Business school. Then you have to pay registration fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

More than 50+ faculty available on the campus and the maximum faculties come from IIM. My batch is straight 150+. 4 semesters in 2 years and if you attend every class then exams are very easy for every student.

Fees and Financial Aid

You have to pay admission free at the initial admission then the rest of the money pay in 4 installments. And scholarships are available base on education and CAT score and also there a scholarship is given by IDFC bank.

Campus Life

Wi-Fi, library, hostel, canteen all facilities are available in the campus and different communities are there for help for every problem. Sports and games also conduct on campus. All books are available in the campus library.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

As i score 66%ile in CAT so when i applied for FOSTIIMA i was in normal batch not in elite one. But if you score less than 65%ile in CAT so you have to give FBSAT an Enterance Exam of fostiima and after that you will be selected if you scored well...Read More
