North Bengal St Xaviers college is a private institute, it doesn't have any entrance exam for admission in the college but you must have a score above 60% in Higher Secondary exam for admission. The application form is available online and offline also. In BSc botany per semester fees are 30k, admission fees are 20k and total fees for 3 years are 2 lakh rupees. The application date is released the same as the other colleges' release mainly after the higher secondary exam. The college doesn't have any reservation benefits. The admission process is fairly organized so it doesn't need any improvement.

From my childhood, I have had a deep attachment to plant science so I choose botany as a core subject for me. I'm in botany there is a better faculty: student ratio than in other honors subjects. Botany has a very deep faculty for higher studies. The teachers of our college are so helpful and friendly and their teaching methods are so good and teachers are also well educated. After every six months there a semester was held and the exam is pretty tuff but if you study well then you can pass the exam with a very good score.

The botany students mainly do higher studies like MSc and Ph.D. after they complete their graduation. The college make you a huge opportunity to change in many well-known universities. The high-ranking govt jobs for college pass-out students are a botanical survey of India and university professors. Because it is a general course not a technical course for that there was hardly seen any internship.

The fees of the college are a little bit higher. Per semester fees are 30k and admission fees are 20k and the total cost of graduation in botany is 2lakh but there is no fee hike policy in the college. there was no scholarship given by the college. The stipend is available only for SC and ST category students. Financial assistance is given to the meritorious financially backward students. College makes an opportunity for botany students to do higher studies in well-known universities and other institutes.

Extravaganza is the annual fest held in the college which is mainly conducted in the winter season. Other tech and cultural fests are conducted every month. The college library is filled up with thousands of books for every departmental student to increase their knowledge. Amenities like fans and air conditioning are available in the classroom. Sports like football basketball and cricket tournament are held in the college playground every month. extracurricular activities like dancing singing swimming are also held on campus. the college campus is ragging free and there was no political influence in the college. The college has many social groups for every individual department, nature club, green earth club, and go green club for botany to increase social awareness. There were many charity websites run by college students for helping poor people.
