Life in Andhra University

Admission to Andhra University is done based on your eamcet rank. For an open category person least you must score a rank below 5500 at our times (2020). Reservation is given to news categories and sc's, st's enjoy large reservation part to admission. The admission process is very easy and a person has to apply in their eamcet counseling through the online process also result of your application is sent to you on the eamcet official website.

Being interested in the construction field I opted for civil engineering in my eamcet counseling. I can say that we have highly qualified faculty available in our classes. Exams were held 3 times for a semester mid1, mid2, and semester teaching methods are quite good

Mostly l and t, Technip companies recruit students from this university. Internships are provided by universities to merit students. Mostly assistant engineer role is offered in internship programs based on your performance in your academics.

More than 50% of the students were placed in campus placements. Even it is easy to get a job with an Andhra University certificate. Gate is a good platform to do MTech in Good colleges. Sufficient time is available for the gate with this college timings.

For our batch tuition fee is? 10000 per year and for our juniors batch tuition fee is? 29500 per year. There may be a possibility of a further increase in fees for next batches that is probably 10000/- per year

Fests are conducted very frequently at least once in 3 months. University has a good pathway for sports and extracurricular activities. A large library was built with plenty of books available in it. No books are provided by University until they are from Library. The self study helps to get a pass in semester examinations

Hostel conditions are hard to adjust. The hostel provided by University is not up to the mark. Food and sanitation facilities are also bad. The only thing students like about the hostel is, wthat e are allowed to go out when ever we want. The registration process for a hostel is simple and clear.
