Teachers are qualified and Ph.D. holders along with UGC NET approved. Examinations include a mid-term as well as giving presentations and assessments with final Examinations.

There are no campus placements but a student of Barkatullah University can sit in any of the outer placements and the major focus of the university is on self-development.
