Remarks
My admission was done by vacant quota. So, I didn't give any entrance exam and my admission was very fast and very simple. My cut-off is 6363 but I accepted dream Colleges such as Birla Viswakarma Mahavidyalaya and Nirma College. but the first round my cut-off is 6363 so I got admission to v.v.p Rajkot in the first round but I got no admission. then the second round, I got admission to L.E.morbi but I got no admission tomorrow I called my friend and told him that there will be admission to G.H.Patel College of Engineering and Technology, he wrote my name in the vacant quota and I got admission.gcet is a very good college and very good placement in our campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very big and very lengthy and the faculty member is good but few faculty members were excellent in teaching issue. In exam was conducted for 3 months duration. The exam was taken in 2 ways. One way is mid-semester and the second way was the final semester and practical exam.
Placement Experience
Six-semester students become eligible for campus placements. many companies visited my college like TCS, Infosys, crest, reliance, jevio, etc our college avg placement was 4.5 lac and higher placement was 18 lac and 70% of student was placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
I study in g.h.Patel College of Engineering and Technology. I am studying in b.e (computer engineering). my Course fee is 119000 for the year. As I have more than 80 PR in 12th standard then I get a scholarship in mysy as 50000.
Campus Life
The infrastructure in my college was very poor and very simple. I and my friend went to college at 9 am and came back to the hostel at 12:30 pm and then back at 1:30 pm I went to go college and came back at 4:30 pm.
Hostel Facilities
My hostel name is madhav gurukul. the distance between my college and the hostel is 600 meters. My hostel fee is 42000. it is a very good environment and very good to eat, stay and play games in our hostel. my registration was done by my friend om.
