Entrance Preview

MCA Admissions are baed on TANCET marks and will be made through centralized counseling conducted by Government College of Technology. The application should reach the Head of the Department within ten days when TANCET results are declared by Anna University.

Placement Experience

The placement of the college is decent and the candidates will be informed in advance about the companies that come for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The students who wish to avail this can visit the office and know more about it. There are different scholarships available. Hence, one should talk and see which one suits their requirement the best.

Campus Life

There is fitness centre, hospital, internet cafe and many games for the students to play. The campus is lush green and has many walking areas for the candidates to take a walk as well.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides hostel and mess facilities separate for boys and girls. The Bharathiar University has four hostels namely Ladies Hostel (for research scholars and PG students), Men's Hostel (mainly for research scholars) and MBA & Additional Hostel (mainly for PG students).

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester placements are eligible around 870 companies visited for placement in 2024. packages is from about for 4 lpa to 16 LPA. Placements from company companies like IBM TCS Amazon Microsoft come from here. I will try some placements or try for any IT government job

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took MCA to get placed into IT companies . The subjects in the MCA is very interesting but the students who studied UG course and then the pg course also in the same college then it is totally waste because they are studying the same subject again. Very bad thing is that in this college they are providing the same subjects and same syllabus for UG and PG students there is nothing different. But i have studies ug in other clg so for me it is different so i managed and it is interesting

Remarks:

I am MCA student. Before two days I research on government school or private school. According to my information, in study point of view, private schools are good but fees point of view are not good because poor families cannot pay money for private facilities. According to my information, other facilities point of view private institutions good compare to government institution.
