SCT for Better Life

Eligibility criteria of this course are Bachelor's Degree in science subject with above 50% of mark and GATE. Application forms for admission, application fees, and application dates are available on the official website of SCT. Reservation benefits are available for students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories. The admission process is very simple and user-friendly for all candidates.

As a tech enthusiast, I like to learn new technologies and use them. So I select this course to improve my knowledge. The curriculum is quite interesting for students who are eagerly waiting to acquire new technologies. The faculty-Student ratio is fair and which was 1:42. Almost all faculties are highly qualified with perfect teaching skills. Term exams are conducted in periodic intervals without any delay.

SCT provides a wide range of internship opportunities for students. It is essential to improve their work experience of them. Multinational companies like TATA, Renault, Honda, Royal Enfield, Ford, etc. provide various internship opportunities with attractive stipends. I was chosen as a project assistant in machine designing at TATA. That was one of the important factors which improved my skills.

SCT has a dedicated placement cell that offers a wide range of choices for students. Students who are studying in the fifth and sixth semester is eligible for campus placements. International companies like Mitsubishi, TATA, Renault, Ford, Royal Enfield, etc. offer placements with attractive packages which provide up to 18 lakhs per annum. Almost 85% of students are getting placements every year. I also got a placement in TATA.

The fee structure of this course is fair in SCT which is affordable for all students. Students are also assisted by various scholarships and stipends in college. Post metric scholarship and E-Grantz are some of them. Students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories are eligible for some reserved scholarships. I got a stipend of 13400 for my study.

College life in SCT is very enjoyable for students. There were so many cultural and tech fests are conducting to improve the abilities of students. Cult A Way is one of the annual fests conducted in SCT which is the collaboration of cultural and tech fests. It also provides hi-tech classrooms with well-equipped workshops and labs. The library has sufficient books for both study and relaxation. So many sports competitions are conducted by the campus for a perfect curriculum. Meckartans is one of the social groups created by the students of SCT.

Hostel facilities are available for all students in the college. Boys and girls have separate hostels with calm and clean rooms. All of them have sufficient facilities for study and relaxation of students. The hostel also provides hygienic food at in affordable price. The registration process of the hostel is very simple and affordable for all students.

Admission is based on group discussion and a formal interview. It is to test our mental abilities and knowledge. Group discussion was very interesting with healthy conversations. The interview is also simple with some basic questions related to our subject. I didn't take any special preparation for the group discussion and interview. There is nothing to worry about that. Students who have basic knowledge and self-confidence can easily bypass all of those procedures.
