Eligibility for the course - you have to score more than 75% in your 12th standard with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with you must have a secure rank between 450 to 5000 in jee advanced examination. Application form - you can easily access the application form from the site of the college nit Trichy and the application fee is 1000 for all the students. Application dates generally lie between the last week of September and to the first week of October. This year's closing date for the application form is 6th October 2022. Reservation - yes there is 50% of seats are reserved for the students of the home state Tamil Nadu and the rest of the seats are for open merit students.

I always wanted to become an engineer and in the modern era, there is a lot of demand in the market for electric and communication engineering so I choose this branch. Faculty to student ratio - ratio is good. In our branch, there is a total of 6 professors and the students in our class are 200. Qualification of faculties - as it is one of the top institutes in India faculty are really very well qualified they teach each and every concept with practical examples which boosts our knowledge more. Semester examination - there is a total of 8 semesters in your whole engineering degree and every year you have to pass 2 semesters which are held half-yearly. Other than that there is some assignment work also given to the students before practical exams.

Eligibility for campus placement - you have to be in your 4th year of graduation to be part of campus placement. Companies visited our college - many big companies like - Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro and many more are visited our college every year for campus placement. Almost all these companies made offers to students every year. Highest package - 68 lpa from Google. Average package - 20 lpa. Lowest package - 8 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement is very high almost every student gets at least one offer of placement. My plan is simple I want to join Google and explore it.

Fee structure of the course - at the time of admission, you have to pay 1,68,000INR. And the total fees payable to college for b.tech is 5,97,800INR. The fee hike is average and reasonable every year. Scholarship - The silver 72 Trust scholarship is given to the students according to the merit list every year. Other than that there is some scholarship for Students belonging to economically backward classes. 50 meritorious students at the undergraduate level get a scholarship of 2,000INR per month. Festember is the annual cultural festival of nit Trichy and it is celebrated in the month of October. Tech fest named Pragyan is organised in the college to celebrate technology every year. Availability of books - there are huge numbers of books are available in the college library you can find any book related to your course in the library. Classroom - Classrooms are well maintained and clean. There are all the essential things in the classroom. Sports and extracurricular activities - sports events are organised constantly in the college to maintain the physical health of the students which is very essential for proper study. Many intra-college competitions are also organised and you can win a medal in them. And many activities like swimming gyming and many more things are run in the college. Social media pages - yes there are many on Instagram and Facebook to connect students through it.
