Decent U.P. State Government College

I applied for the course through JEE main score. The college has two categories to take admission - home state and another state. Currently, admission is given through the CUET exam. The application form and procedures have been improved and are conducted online mode. The college gives reservations for seats for girls and other reserved categories as per mentioned in the admission brochure. The admission form charges are a nominal fee of Rs500-1000.

I had chosen computer science as I was interested in software development and coding. The faculty and student ratio is not that promising. There is about a 1:50 student ratio. The faculty is well qualified and are Ph.D. from IITs or NITs. They use presentation and modern teaching methods. The exams and quizzes are conducted regularly and can be easily passed if you have been attending classes regularly.

Many companies interviewed our students like TCS, Wipro, cognizant, Amazon, and Microsoft. This college provides more projects and tasks. It's part of their studies, so they were provided with more projects and tasks. It helps to improve students thinking ability and logical thinking

From the sixth semester, the students are eligible for an internship and placement. Many companies like Amazon, humming wave, TCS, Cognizant, etc visit the campus. Last year around 650+ offers were given to the students. The highest package was given by Microsoft of 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed from CS and IT branches.

The University charges a nominal fee of 96600 and the fee is hiked only when the University decides to do so with the approval of the State Government. The U.P. government gives scholarships to students with a family income of less than 5 LPA. The college does not provide jobs to undergrad students for financial assistance.

Campus life is good for the students. Sports events or cricket, football, and other sports are conducted regularly. The annual sports event Aayas is conducted during winter. Techsrijan is the annual tech fest. Abhiyodaya is the annual social event. the library has all the course curriculum books available for students. There are many clubs like SEB, Dance club, finance club, etc for students. The classroom is spacious and properly ventilated with a projector and smart boards.

The hostels are within the campus. A spacious room for students equipped with tables chairs and cupboards. The food provided is not of very great quality but average. The menu is decided by the student committee. Registration for a hostel is done through the online form on the university website. The hostel charges are 30000 for a semester. There are also many PGs for college students available outside the college.
