Remarks

The common admission test is the application form for this college and the fee is around rupees 1800 for the unreserved category while it is less for people from ST-SC. I could find the application dates and form updates from college Dunia.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I wanted to pursue a career in management and FMS being the top school provided me with that opportunity. Other faculty are super qualified and they have practical teaching methods with case studies that students find very interesting.

Placement Experience

The placement year is very satisfying compared to the investment that we did. My plan is to stay with the company where I get placed for 5 to 6 years and then go ahead with opening my own business. The companies visit from all the domains of management with the highest package of around 60 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure at FMS is very affordable when compared to other top B schools. Because it is around 3 lacs for the entire fee while the other colleges ask for 25 lacs. Students also apply for scholarships and loans which are also easily available.

Campus Life

There are societies like the alum society, marketing society, finance society, HR, and OB society. The annual fest called Fiesta is conducted in the month of March where Academic and extracurricular activities are conducted.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
