If you are 12th pass then you are eligible for admission and if you have done diploma then you are also eligible for admission. If you want to take admission to Government Engineering College Banswara (name has been changed to University College of Engineering Banswara) then you have to fill REAP form and your admission will be based on your JEE Mains score or 12th percentile. If the seats remain vacant after the completion of Reap Admission in the college then you can also take direct admission in the college. Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

Internships Opportunities

If you want to do an internship then you have to find an internship yourself because college only helps you to get an internship they will not bring any company to give you an internship. You have to do an internship every even semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

To join this college, you have to pay Rs 36800 every year. If you want to stay in hostel then hostel accommodation fee is 1000 rupees per month and you have to pay extra rupees for food and now food comes from outside. For scholarships, you have to fill out the SJE scholarship form except general as there is no scholarship for general.

Campus Life

Last time we had a festival called Hunar Hunt which had different types of competitions like Cricket, BGMI, etc. This festival is organized every year from October to November. In the library, you can get books related to your course and some different types of books to read.

Hostel Facilities

Inside the hostel, you get 3 beds and an almirah in a room in which three people have to stay together. Currently, the mess is not running in the hostel. You have to bring food from outside.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
