Remarks

I took admission through jceceb counseling, for that you need to have a positive percentile and do register yourself for counseling. Although you can take admission based on your 12th also if you have above 75%(for cse). I got here TWF reservation in which your total tuition fee which is 98000 per annum is adjustable to 0. The admission process was smooth.

I had an interset in CSE, I was getting electronics in bit Sindri but took this college because of the branch. Faculty members are so good and helpful and the student vs teacher ratio is quite good. (1:4) in my branch. All the faculty members are above MTech and some of them are Ph.D. holders. Exams are taken every sem. they are quite tough, but one can pass them by doing lots of hard work.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Among 100 students of cse, only 20-30 got chances to go for an internship that too also had very less stipend or no money. you need to have a good shot of coding talent . then you might get a good opportunity. try to learn more about development things for internship mainly web or app development.

Placement Experience

Above semester, six students can seat in the placement and it is good for the IT sector only. companies do visit like:- TCS, WIPRO and many more. there is no seen for the average package. if you getting a job someway around 5 lack per annum, that is good. I will try campus to my dream company amazon.

Fees and Financial Aid

FEE PER ANNUM is 98000 If you have a good percentage in your class 12th. you will get many scholarships also if you top any semester exam your fee will be adjusted by 25%. You can TWF quota also.

Campus Life

You will have a fresher party as you entered the college and every year you will have a tech fest conducted by the tech group of RVSCET. libraries are huge. all types of books are available there. classrooms are well structured and equipped with smart boards, green boards, etc. you can play cricket in the evening also there is a very big basketball court if you are interested you can play that also. Many online groups of respective branches are there. Memes are shared there.

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel rooms, you will get one bed, a study table and one alamre mess are not that good, but you survive of course. you will be charged 25000 per annum for the hostel and 2600 per month for the mess. there is no pg or rented room available in the locality

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor.
