Remarks

Yeah very helpful. When i first entered the college for fee submission i don't know the way around so they help me to get their. Even now whenever i got in any type of trouble they help me out.Overall it lives up to your expectations. The college has good infrastructure. All the classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and seminar halls are good.

Entrance Preview

I took now JEE MAINS 2011 & scored 287 in the exam. I opted for this college because it is one of the best engineering college in India. The admission process is pretty simple; one has to qualify the entrance exam then give the preference list as per their choice, accordingly the option is allotted to candidates as per their rank in various rounds of counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

Subjects are Engineering Physics - II, Mathematics - II, Advanced C Programming Lab, Introduction to Microprocessors & Micro controllers, Environmental Science, Engineering Chemistry, Manufacturing Processes and Workshop Practice. Students have the option to exit after 4 years, with only B.Tech Degree.

Campus Life

Wi-Fi: 24 hours access to high-speed Wi-Fi in hostels and the college. A high-speed LAN is given to each and every student in his/her room 2. Labs: I can bet the lab of our college beats the labs of IITs. They are fully equipped with modern instruments. 3. Classrooms: The classrooms are better than the others colleges With a fully central AC and heater. Having access to digital teaching methods by projector etc. 4. Sports: good sports grounds.

The faculty members are well qualified and have a doctorate degree allotted by MOFPI. They are well trained and have good teaching techniques. Most of the times they used to teach by PPTs made by them and some of them with white boards.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I chose this college over other colleges because they have less number of seats for students which meant teachers can focus each student .I applied for the NIET but I didn't went for that college due to the fees . Expectations vs reality of MIET

I got Admission on the basis of 12 marks and interview and there's also the option for jee based admission and state level counseling system.i didn't avail any reservation.
