To be eligible for the course we have to give TSEAMCET exam. One who has completed inter in MPC subjects can apply for the entrance exam and we can apply online through the ts eamcet website. The application fee was 800 rupees. The application process was not hard and one can easily apply on their own.

I have chosen CSE because I am interested in computers and curious to know how they work internally. so that interest made me opt for it. Many highly educated professors are Ph.D. holders and their teaching is very good. But the negative is all the faculty members are not professors; some of them are assistants. The exams will be conducted as per the schedule without any postponements. If we study regularly or have a good idea about the subjects then it is not hard to pass.

The internships offered by the college are very less and very few will do the internships offered at college. Most of the students apply for internships outside of campus. There will be projects in the 4th year but they are not mostly industry based. Very few internship opportunities are available for the students 5 students got internships from Goldman Sachs.

The placements will start in the 4th year of B.Tech and many companies visit the campus like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, TCS, Mind tree, DBS, Accenture, Yatra, Byjus, oracle, etc. The highest package this year was 40LPA from amazon and the average package is 5LPA. Almost 90% of the CSE students who sit for placements will be placed and for other courses, it will be 80% and above. This year around 280 students are placed and are still counting. After getting the degree I want to work in good MNCs which help in my career development and future endeavors.

The fee for our course is 18000 and in addition to that, we have to pay 5500 as an admission fee in the first year which includes the library fee, caution deposit, placement training, etc. There is a scholarship benefit for students who are low caste (other than OC) and whose income is less than 2 lakhs. The total fee will be waived for them.

There will be many small technical fests conducted on campus regularly like a hackathon but the biggest events are conducted by departments wise like Quest(CSE) and Spoorthi(ECE) which will be conducted in April. There are many clubs run by students which are very beneficial like the GDSC club, literature club, and CEN club which help the students to excel in their academics and personality development.
